Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to our SaaS platform at any time. Cancellations must be requested before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. If the cancellation request is made after the cycle has started, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.
  
• Retainer Model Services Cancellation: For services provided on a monthly retainer basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be requested 30 days before the next billing cycle. If you wish to cancel before the 30-day notice period, you will be charged for the full month.
  
• Volume-Based Service Cancellation: If services are charged based on volume, cancellations are allowed once the scope of work is complete or partially completed. However, if the volume of work has been initiated and services are underway, the cancellation will apply only to unused portions of the service, and a prorated refund or service credit will be issued for the unfulfilled portion of the work.
• Custom Development or Consulting Services: For custom development or consulting work, cancellation requests must follow the terms set forth in the specific service agreement. If work has already begun, a prorated refund or service credit will be provided based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Refund Process

• If a refund is applicable (for unused services), it will be processed within 14-30 business days, depending on the payment method used. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original transaction.
  
• Service Credits: In cases where a refund is not applicable, service credits may be issued for use against future services.

• ThinkByte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any updates to the policy will be reflected on this page, and the latest version will supersede any prior versions.
